 Point Zero, a leading fashion company, is seeking an "Online Sales Coordinator" to join our growing team. 

As part of the Sales Operations team, the Online Sales Coordinator "must have a 3 years experience in locating customers n
selling them", is responsible for administrative support of the pre and post sales process for online retailers and works
closely with Sales, Account Management, and marketing teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Position: QC501 -Position: Fabric Specialist

Job Responsibility:
1. Work with designers on researching and developing processes for all seasonal fabrics 
   and provide technical fabric assistance to designers and production teams in support 
   of product development and production. 
2. Meet regularly with production managers, designers, sales people, retail buyers, mills 
   and vendors to stay current on most recent fabric sourcing directions and source 
   fabrics accordingly.
3. Give technical support to design on their selection of fabrics. 
4. Set up and maintain the standard fabric libraries for ongoing research. 
5. Research existing fabric tables and libraries to identify potential fabrics for new 
   seasons, as requested by design.

Position: PD202 - Production Coordinator

Job Description :
Point Zero is looking for an experienced Production Officer to join our Production Team.

Job Summary:
- Work closely with Merchandising, Traffic/Logistics, and Accounting Departments to ensure on time delivery and invoicing of all product
- Create, maintain and update various Purchase Orders and reports essential to the production process
- Daily communication with oversea’s vendors to monitor WIP, Export dates and ETA of PO’s to ensure on time delivery for bulk production

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform purchase order maintenance in Momentis System
- Monitor and maintain order matching between PO and customer sales orders.
- Work closely with Traffic/Logistics Departments to resolve PO issues and ensure accuracy of data in system.
- Process and maintain Vendor Chargeback’s
- Manage all communications with assigned vendors/categories from order placement to product receipt
- Ensure that production PO’s are received, closed, or updated as required
- Assist with various other responsibilities as needed
- Assist and work closely with the Production Manager

Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in the apparel/garment industry required
- Experience working with overseas factories, agents and manufacturers.
- Understanding of the production process and lead-times
- Excellent communication and organizational skills is a must

Position: RS305 - Inventory Control Analyst

Description: To properly maintain inventory records, and verify that procedures are followed in order to make sure that the system has accurate inventory levels. Duties should include:
Inventory Follow Up
A. Following up on transfer between stores and DC – Make sure that stores have confirmed all transfers they receive from the DC by no later than 1 week from reception.
B. Process all recalls – Send out recall instructions to the stores at the end of the season. Make sure that all goods have been properly received back into the DC.
C. Process all Return to Vendors – Process all end of seasons returns of licensee products to the suppliers

Inter Store Transfers
D. Inter-store transfers – Send out transfer requests to the stores, along with shipping instructions. Follow up to verify that the stores have done the transfers by their deadline.

Seasonal Allocations
E. Create bulk orders – Create bulk orders for the DC at the beginning of the season.
F. Create allocations – Create allocations (booking orders) by store based on allocations budgets.
G. Follow up on booking orders – Verify that allocations have been picked and that old pick-slips have been cleared.

Replenishment
H. Replenishments – Execute weekly replenishments based on existing templates

L. Analyse sales by size and determine the optimal size breakdown (or pre-pack) required
M. Analyse sales by size by store to determine the optimal pre-pack required
N. Create buying grids

Physical Inventory
O. Organize counts for physical inventories.
P. Analyse results from physical inventory – Print reports from Raymark that shows the variance of the physical count to the book value.

Markdowns
Q. Data enter hard markdowns in the system

Requirements:
- Must be organized and have the ability and drive to multi-task in a fast paced,demanding environment
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize is a must
- Proficiency with Computer Applications (i.e. MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook) is required
- Ability to work as a team and self motivated individual.
- Attention to details, able to handle long work hours
- Speak and Write - English / French, bilingual an asset

Position : RETAIL PLANNER

Responsabilités

1)    Préparer les budgets de ventes, démarques, inventaires et achats par saison et catégorie et maintenir le OTB avec les résultats courants et les dates de livraisons prévues tells que maintenues par le department de production.

2)    Préparer le plan d’assortiment avec l’acheteur/euse.

3)    Mener la rencontre hebdomadaire et s’assurer que les actions (commandes, démarques, consolidations de styles), telles qu’entérinées par le management, sont mises en place.

4)    Aider le department de distribution à faire les analyses de grandeurs.

5)    Travailler avec le department de TI afin de créer/modifier les rapports nécessaires à la gestion.

6)    Préparer le post mortem de fin de saison.

7)    Préparer des rapports ad hoc.

Critères d’admissibilité

  • Approximativement 5 ans d’expérience en planification de marchandises/distribution/achats requise.
  • Aptitudes Excel avancées, connaissances en programmation un atout;
  • Passion pour l’exactitude, forte aptitude d’analyse.
  • Adaptabilité, capacité à travailler dans un environnement rapide avec un lot de priorités en changement constant.
  • Fortes dispositions envers le travail en équipe, habiletés interpersonnelles, habile communicateur.
  • Expérience en mode un atout, experience retail une nécessité.
  • Langue: Anglais ou français.

 

Key Responsibilities


1) Prepare sales, markdown and inventory budgets by season and category and maintain OTB with actuals and delivery ETA as maintained by production;

2) Prepare assortment plan with Buyer;

3) Run the weekly merch meeting and ensure actions (repeats, markdowns and consolidations), as agreed by management, are implemented;

4) Assist allocator in size analysis;
5) Create reporting required to meet evolving business needs;

6) Prepare end of season post mortem;

7) Prepare ad-hoc reports.

Key Requirements


•Approximately 5 years in any combination of merchandise planning/distribution/buying role required;
•Advanced Excel skills a must, knowledge of programming an asset;
•Very detailed oriented, with strong analytical skills;

-Adaptability, ability to work in a fast paced environment and with an evolving set of priorities;
•Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills;
•Fashion Experience is considered an asset, retail a must;
•English or French.
