- Point Zero offers shipping to Canada and United States only.
Currently all of Point Zero Products are shipped via FedEx and Canada Post.
All orders within Canada are shipped within 3-5 business days of placing an order. The date you receive your order will depend on the shipping method you select. Orders shipped to the United States will ship between 3-6 business days.

In the event that the price or related information for a Product (as described on the website and/or in a promotion) is incorrect due to an error in pricing, product information or technical problem, Point Zero may, at its sole discretion, refuse or cancel your order, whether before or after Point Zero’s acceptance thereof. If there is an error in pricing, product information or technical problem, Point Zero will cancel your order and reverse any charges that have been applied, then contact you to ask you to place a new order for the Product at the correct price.

- Returns & Replacements
PointZero.ca offers (a) a full refund* or exchange on all regular priced online purchases of products if they are returned in the condition in which they were sold, with original tags**, within 14 days and (b) an exchange on all sale priced or discounted online purchases of Products returned in the condition in which they were sold, with original tags**, within 14 days of purchase.
Gift Cards and promotional Groupon codes are NOT eligible for a refund.
Credit notes would be for the lesser of
a) the amount originally paid, or
b) the current ticketed price of the item(s) in question. If an item is returned for refund, and it was originally sent to you with free shipping, the Company may deduct the cost of standard shipping from the refunded amount, unless we were at fault.
**If items that were returned do not have the original tags, the Company will deduct $10 from the amount being credited or refunded, to cover the costs of re-packaging, or add a $10 charge to an exchange.
An e-mail must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting authorization for return, detailing the reasons for the request and providing daytime and evening phone numbers in case the Company needs to reach you. The subject line of the e-mail should be “RA – Order number xxxxx (put actual order number here). The Company will then issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) which must be written on the original invoice you received and this invoice must accompany the piece(s) returned. All Freight charges and duties from merchandise being returned are to be paid by the customer.

Only one return per order will be accepted. Therefore, it is best to carefully examine ALL items received to ensure satisfaction before making a return of a portion of your order.
Until the Company receives the returned item(s), you are responsible for any loss. Where appropriate, your payment will be refunded to your account within thirty (30) days of receipt. If you return an item not accompanied by the required paperwork there may be a delay in processing your order and in refunding your money.

For hygenic purposes we do not accept returns on all bathing suits, underwear and accessories.
