Please allow 5-10 business days for handling time. Once you receive a shipping confirmation email, your item (s) will be delivered depending on the shipping method you select.

Currently all of Point Zero Products are shipped via Purolator and Canada Post (subject to be changed).

Free Standard Shipping offer is valid on orders of $150 or more placed online at for standard shipping in Canada & USA . No promo code is required to redeem free shipping.

The $150 is calculated after discounts and before taxes. Not valid on previous purchases. Offer is subject to change without notice.

All orders within Canada are shipped within 3-10 business days of placing an order.

The date you receive your order will depend on the shipping method you select. Orders shipped to the United States will ship between 3-10 business days.

Partial Shipments
At times, when a customer makes a purchase of multiple products, they are delivered in multiple shipments rather than all at once. Having partial shipping capabilities can improve the customer experience when an entire order is not able to be fulfilled at one time. For example, if certain items are backordered or delayed but not others, or if certain items could be delivered more quickly if sourced from different warehouses, partial shipments allow the customer to receive each item in the order as soon as it is available.

Delivery Attempts
The courier service will attempt to deliver your package twice. In the case that your package is not safe dropped, you will receive a notice to pick up your package at your local location nearby (location & location hours will be indicated on notice). Please visit your tracking number for more details.

Items Returned To Sender
Items may be returned to our warehouse if deemed undeliverable due to addressing errors, refused at the point of delivery, or not picked up from pickup location after a certain period of time. 
If the purchaser does not respond within 3 business days following the receipt of the returned item, Point Zero reserves the right to begin the refund process. 
*All shipping fees (including any additional return shipping fees, as determined by Purolator) will be deducted from the refund amount.*
All returned orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis.


Sometimes called a pre-order or backorder, a Special Order is an order that can be purchased in advance of when it arrives at our distribution center. Special Orders let you secure items before we have them in stock. As soon as we have your Special Order ready, we’ll ship it to you directly. While we do our very best to ensure your order is shipped on or before this date, sometimes things can take a little longer than expected due to supply chain issues. Once your order does ship, you can expect to receive it in 3-5 business days.

Can I change or cancel an order?

When an order is sent to us from our site, we are unable to change or cancel your order. The order is automatically processed as soon as you press "Place Order."

If you need to change/exchange or return an item that you ordered in error, please return it to us as soon as you receive it. If you want to add an item to a recently placed order, please place a new order.
