Price Adjustment Policy

Exchange Policy

Only items purchased during the 30% off sitewide sale can be exchanged for another size or colour, depending on availability.

Shipping fees may apply for exchanges.

Outlet items (40% off and more) are final sale.
Order Policy

Once an order is placed, it starts processing right away and cannot be changed or cancelled. Please double-check your items and shipping address before submitting your order.

Discounts can’t be redeemed for cash or gift cards and can’t be transferred to another order.

If you placed an order by mistake, please send it back once it arrives. To add items, please place a new order.
Returns

Returns are limited to exchanges only within 14 days of delivery, if eligible.

If the item you want to exchange for is out of stock, you can request an online credit note with no expiry.
- No refunds are offered for any order placed during this sale period.
- Shipping fees, including original delivery fees, are not refundable.
