Free Standard Shipping is available on orders of $150 or more placed online at www.pointzero.ca for standard shipping within Canada only.
No promo code is required. The $150 minimum is calculated after discounts and before taxes. This offer is not valid on previous purchases and may be changed without notice.
Orders within Canada are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after the order is placed. Orders shipped to the United States are processed within 3–6 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on the carrier. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to follow your shipment.
Please note that once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes, including shipping address modifications or cancellations. Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming their information before completing the checkout process.
Return Policy
www.pointzero.ca offer a full refund* or exchange on all regular-priced online purchases if returned within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all original tags attached.
